One of the problems I’ve encountered with some companies offering Arena Simulator Delay Release is that they provide instructions for a user to submit his or her game to the developer. In other words, they say, “Here’s a demo of your game and you can play it on your computer, using the same company’s version of the game, or you can submit it to us, who will be in charge of making sure your game gets released. In any case, if you choose to play it on your computer, then you’ll have to agree to our terms and conditions.”
The reason I bring this up is because that’s not how it works. I’ve found that most developers who offer Arena Simulator Delay Release don’t require that you use the same company’s software. You should not be locked into working with their games.
Most of the companies which require that you use their software or systems to submit your game will make you sign an agreement for them to accept your game into their “games” catalog. They might allow you to play the game as well.
The companies who allow you to play their games, however, do not sell or distribute your name to any third parties, nor do they sell any copies of your game. In other words, you can play their games, but you can’t publish them.
That’s a difference between their Arena Simulators and the delay release plan. It’s a difference between Arena Simulator Delay Release and Arena Simulators Delay Release Plans.
If you hire someone to do your Arena Simulator Delay Release Plan, you get the best of both worlds. You get to control how much your game gets released and you also get to decide how long it gets delayed. It’s sort of like having a contract with the developer as well as a contract with the publisher of the game.
To get started, you simply hire someone who can create the right kind of a trial version of your game, or you can create one yourself. (It’s generally easier to create the one yourself, but there are more complicated versions of this software available as well.) The software uses a testing version which can be downloaded from your computer immediately, and the file is set up to let you play it.
(Unless you use the same method to test your game as the company does, of course.) Then, each day, you can play the game without worrying about any delays and without any obligation whatsoever to use the software.
By the way, if you’re going to use this delay release plan, don’t hesitate to find out about other companies offering it as well. You can find out how it works, what other companies need from their customers, and what kind of games they tend to use. Also, the delay release plan is usually cheaper than an Arena Simulator Delay Release Plan.
If you’re thinking about hiring someone to do your Arena Simulators Delay Release Plan, you have to be sure that he or she is familiar with what you want. Of course, you can always pay him or her to make the software anyway. (I don’t recommend this as a method – it’s a lot of extra work.)
Now that you know how Arena Simulator Delay Release works, you should know that you can create your own Arena Simulator Delay Release Plan. You can set it up so that you release your game to yourself and then use the same company’s software to continue testing it for you.
